猫が登る

猫がカーテンを登るという話を聞いたことがあります。
家では猫を飼っていないので確かめようがありませんが
ありそうな話だと思います。

最近鳥取のお客さまで猫がブラインドに登ったお陰で
羽が折れてしまったので羽を取り替えて欲しいという
メールを頂きました。　これまで羽が折れて交換という
事態が発生していなかったことと、その理由が猫が登った
という二つのことで結構ショッキングなメールでした。

羽の交換となるとお客さまに対応していただくこともできず
わざわざ鳥取から返送していただいて、交換再発送と
いうことになりました。　運送屋さんが便利なお陰で
交換に要した日数は３日ほどで済んだと思います。

後日談です。　そのお客さまはそのすぐ後別の
ブラインドの羽を今度はお子さんのシャツがひっかっかて
折ってしまったとのことで、再び返送交換という事態と
なりました。

この記事は弊社のブラインドの羽は脆いと言わんとしているのでは
決してありません。　ただこうした不幸は続いてしまうものだと・・・云々。
