メール配信開始

お客さまへ情報の伝達をどうやってやるか？
は大切なテーマです　極力速く必要な情報を伝えなくては
いけません　しかも双方にとってコストや手間の掛からない
方法で

話の枕はこの辺までで・・・

今日からお客さまへの出荷情報をメールで送る実験を
始めました　　これまでは全てFAXで行って来ましたが
FAXだと送るのが手間だし、もらう方も紙だらけになって
しまう　　勿論通信費も掛かる

メールは一日の発送業務が終わったタイミングで
作成します　その日の発送データの中から送り先
運送便、送り状NO、品目、数量、単価、数量、注番
などを集めてきてメールにします

これだけの情報があれば、そのメールだけでこれまでの
送り状と納品書の内容が全て網羅されています
これまで何枚ものFAXを見なくてはならなかったのが
リストになっているので一覧できます　お客さまの必要に
応じて印刷してもらえばいい

でもこのメールの作成にこちらで手間が掛かっていては
なんにもなりません　　そこでアクセスです
弊社の社内システムはすべてアクセスで作成しているので
情報を集めるのは簡単にできます　その情報をメールで
送るのはアクセスだけでは出来ませんが、BABAさんの
BASP21というコンポーネントを使わせていただいていて
ます

そしてこの作業を弊社唯一のスーパー事務員（家内）に
やってもらわなくてはなりません　つまりボタン一発で自動
処理しなくてはいけません　　これもアクセスならできます

ということでアクセスとBABAさんのお陰で弊社からの
情報伝達は格段に向上することになるんではないかと
一人テンションを上げております
